Energy Rating Advisory Reports

Air Tightness Testing
From the 1st of July 2008 air tightness testing is required for a % of new dwellings to confirm compliance with part L of the Building Regulations. All once off dwellings will require air pressure testing. In housing developments an air pressure test should be carried out on at least one unit of each dwelling type. The overall number of tests required depends on the size of the residential scheme.
